Policies at The Annabel Inn B&B

Due to our rural setting, smoking is only permitted in a designated area. Please inquire.

Sorry, no pets. We love animals, but receive many guests with allergies and other sensitivities.  We will be glad to recommend boarding options.

Check-in: 4:00 pm. Other check-in is possible with prior arrangements.

Check out time is 11:00 am.

Children over the age of 14 are allowed.

Additional guests are only allowed at owner's discretion and incur a charge of $50/night minimum per guest.

Rates are higher during Holidays and Special Events.

Any items left at The Inn incur a $20 handling fee in addition to your postage.

Any damage you cause at The Inn must be reimbursed at time of checkout.  This includes, but is not limited to, spilling wine, water staining or scratching antiques, ruining bedding, etc.

Reservation Policies

Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay.

Reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit. For one night stays, this fee is the full one night charge.

Cash or check is preferred.

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.

We require a two-night minimum stay.

One night stays incur a $20 housekeeping fee.

A three-night minimum stay during Holidays and Special Events is often required.

We welcome last minute inquiries.

Quoted room tariffs do not include local taxes.

The Annabel Inn offers medical, weekly and group discounts.

Cancellation Policies

Over 14 days: Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are subject to a 50% fee. If the booking is only for one night, it is a one night stay fee.

14 days and under: We do not accept cancellations with less than 14 days notice because of the small size of our business. This is a quaint 3-room Bed and Breakfast. A cancellation affects us greatly, and full payment is charged.  However, if we can rebook the room nights, we will be glad to provide you with a gift certificate for a future stay or refund your stay, depending on the circumstances. Either way, there is a $20 processing fee charged per room.

 

Change of Date: There is a $20 change of date fee. Two date changes are allowed. Because we are such a small B&B, changes affect us greatly. If you need to change a third time, we assume you do not really want to stay here and must charge a full cancellation fee.
