Old Town Cottonwood Art Walk & Film Festival
The Old Town Association of Cottonwood is sponsoring a Spring Art Walk and Film Festival in the city's historic Old Town District. It will be held on Saturday, May 10, from 11 am to 7 pm. In addition to the art galleries and special exhibits, there will be a number of dining and shopping opportunities.
Local Fabulous Films...
This year's Art Walk event will incorporate a film festival of two movies filmed in and around Cottonwood: Desert Fury (1947), showing at 11:30am and 4pm, and Kingdom of Spiders (1977), showtime is 1:30pm. Come join us for popcorn, beverages and two great flicks. Kingdom of Spiders was up for best Sci-Fi of the year when it was produced!
Maps of Old Town will be provided at participating locations.
Art galleries, participating merchants and special exhibits will be identified with colorful flags.
